15 Minute Walk-away Policy |

Tutees who employ i-TUTOR's knowledgeable tutors, can make use of the “15 Minute Policy” during the first tutor-tutee meet. If a tutee does not feel comfortable, or confident, that the tutor he or she has chosen does not or will not meet their required needs, they are free to walk way after 15 minutes, without being held financially responsible for the tutor's time.
It should serve as a reminder that the “15 minutes” are but a suggested timeframe and overall general guideline. If different agreements are reached between the two parties prior to the start of the initial tutoring session, i-TUTOR would subsequently not be in any position to formulate an objection.
