Are tutors qualified?
All tutors are university students. We have a strict policy on this and actually require most applicants to provide proof of such status. Certified tutors have gone through a verification process to confirm their information provided. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us.

What are the rates?
Tutors set their own fee and schedule. Search for tutors in your area and see how much they charge. Some charge more than others and most fees are on a per hour basis.

I need a tutor ASAP, what can I do?
i-Tutor is not involved in setting up sessions between you and the tutor. It is your responsibility to contact the tutor within reasonable amount of time. The Terms of Use further outlines this.

There are no tutors for the area I need help in.
We do our best to help attract tutors in a wide variety of fields and subjects of study. Let us know if you need a specific kind of tutor, by contacting us. We’ll do our best to find you one.

A tutor has not responded to my e-mail!
Please note that tutors have a busy schedule themselves. They are after all, university students. Conflicts in schedules can exist and we understand that. The ranking system allows you to rank the tutor according to his/her merit, and in this case, please do so in the way you best see fit.
